With the FIZ Future program, FIZ is to be expanded into the "best innovation factory in the world" by 2050. An already large area is to be adapted, rebuilt, restructured and expanded over the years.
OECC accompanied the users of the project over a longer period of time. Key framework conditions for further development and structures were generated and agreed on the basis of target, strategy and innovation workshops and scenarios. The task included a series of workshops to produce a roadmap, which was used to develop the strategic order function.
