Challenge

The LLBB ensures the consumer and environmental protection of the two federal states of Berlin and Brandenburg. Outdated structures required rethinking and redevelopment. In a new building in Adlershof, different locations and functions were combined and optimized in terms of processes.

Solution approach

OECC accompanied the interests of the Berlin Brandenburg State Laboratory in various areas as user representative and supervisor throughout the entire project period. Examples include the activities to optimise the location of six sites into one, the creation of a user-specific requirements profile, the optimisation of operational and process flows, as well as the user representation in the PPP competition procedure.
