Due to the constant and fast moving development of the Roche site Nonnenwald in Penzberg and the pharmaceutical industry, a master plan with a clear strategy for the future is necessary.
OECC therefore offered the "Site Management & Strategy" workshop as a basis for defining a clear target image in conjunction with the development of an action plan. Future strategic site alignment could be determined by means of various scenario considerations. Based on this, next steps for the company could be worked out in order to enable further development and growth as smoothly as possible.
