In the FIZ Future project, several buildings were renovated and completed in 2016. This provided an opportunity to offer both new and experienced users a new and process-optimized working environment in the office of the future.
OECC supported BMW in further developing, trying out and testing the concept together with the employees in a two-stage workshop process - Training Deck and New Work. The resulting concept could be directly integrated into the planning and implementation.
