The VDI Wissensforum develops trade fairs, facilitates advanced training and keeps professionals up to date on what they need to work for, even in the best and most optimized environment. The requirements of employees to work are changing rapidly and new solutions must be developed.
OECC accompanied the Knowledge Forum by defining corporate goals such as the New Way of Working, employee motivation and process optimization via innovation and strategy workshops. Through different workshop formats and user support, the needs of VDI employees for new working environments were developed and simulated with agile methods.
