BMW is constantly expanding its research and innovation center and has developments planned until 2050. In the course of this, a second project house for engineering offices with development and test workshops for technologies of the future is necessary.
OECC played a key role in the creation of a user-specific requirements profile with a function and space programme as well as all specific framework conditions through use clusters. This included carrying out innovation management to optimise and sharpen the requirements profile in the areas of workshop, technology, safety, laboratories and new working environments, as well as integrating the requirements into the master plan context of the BMW Group at the Munich site.
