As part of a renovation and refurbishment, a new central and collaborative workspace for development was created at BMW Motorrad.

Solution approach

For this purpose, EXPLORE and CREATE workshops were held, in which the future users of the areas were directly involved in the development. On the basis of the elaboration of working methods and interrelationships, a process optimisation could be established with the inclusion of the corporate identity, which contributed significantly to the success of the project.
