AxelSpringer took the plunge and addressed the topic of "The future of HR" in a two-day workshop with international participants.

HR is confronted with topics such as new work and digitalization, which not only lead to a restructuring of the way of working and the environment, but also to a complete rethinking of the corporate culture.
